Unsure if someone is starting a thread now too but...here goes. I am off to work shortly but wanted to let you know I didn't do as well as I hoped last night. I was down .5 pound. The reason I was disappointed is......my scale at home shows me down more and since I joined TOPS my scale at home (without fail) has shown me higher than the TOPS scale. Oh well.....I will take the .5 pound and hope to do better next time.

Hi Ladies! Well Tomorrow is the day! I am starting back on track tomorrow. I have been so reoccupied with my kids, hubby, my job and getting ready for our new house that I have not even thought about myself! Or all MY FRIENDS HERE! online. I did not mean to neglect anyone and I hope everyone is still doing great. It sounds like everyone is making it! Thanks for all the support you have given me.

Christie, I did get your letter and gifts! THANKS SO MUCH! I have the Friendship poem on top of the computer.

Well We are going to apply for our construction loan for our house. As soon as we get it, we are moving out of our trailor and putting it up for sale. We are moving in with my parents or inlaws for the 4-6 months it takes them to build our house. We are trying to save every penny we can to keep our loan low. So wish us luck

And good luck to everyone weighing in tonight! We are more than the scale says and we are worth it!

Hey there congratulations on that loss. A loss is a loss no matter what. You are one step closer to your goal. You should feel proud of yourself for sticking with your plan and not giving up. I am proud of you.
Maybe you might post some of your menus for the day and then maybe we can help you out. I know I did that and others figured out for me that it was the salt that might be making me gain. It is nice to have others get an insight when you are frustrated and doing everything right and the scale isn't dropping. I know it has helped me. Maybe it will help you to. Think about it. It also keeps you honest when everyone can see what you are eating.LOL

Welcome back. I am rooting for you. That is great that you can move in with them like that to save some money. You have a long way to go and it will be very stressful for that time. But you will make it through. Just keep telling yourself that your house will be done soon. This is not a permenant situation. You need to stay focused on you for your plan to. But don't get discouraged there because I know that it will be very hard to stay on plan during that transition. Just do your best and when you are settled in your new house then you can get back into a routine. Just don't give up during that time all together. I am so glad that you are still with us. I have missed you.

I am sure you will have a great loss tonight. You have done so well all week. I am so proud of you. Like myself I know you don't have the support at home either. We have really stuck together this week and we have made it. Lets keep this going so we get to where we want to be and beyond. Let us know about your father in law tomorrow. You are such a dear woman. Thanks for the email today. I know you can do this. Don't ever think that you can't post because you are not doing well. That is when we need to post the most so we can get the support we need from each other to get us back on the right track. I know we can't do this for you. But we can be there for you. I have all the faith in the world that you can do this. I know you are really struggling right now and you are frustrated. I know because I was there not too long ago. You kept me going through my bad times and I want to be there for you. Just pick yourself up and dust yourself off and get determined and start over. You can do this. I am doing well today. I decided to have a taco salad for lunch today for something different. I really hope I have a good loss tonight. I have worked so hard. But I am promising myself that no matter what that scale says I am not going to give up and get down on me. I have tried as hard as I can this week and I will keep going. I will make it to goal eventually. But I will never get there if I give in and eat my way through being upset. I have done that too many times. The scale doesn't show all of our hard work that we have done all week all the time and that is too bad. Too many of us judge how we do by the scale and we have to stop doing that. It is really setting us back and I am a big one for that myself. Lets try to change this attitude. I know I am going to really try to work on that myself. Like penny said we are more then what the scale says. We are devoted woman and we will not give up or in until we get to our goals.

Tonight was weigh in and I was not surprised to have a4# gain I have been eating nonstop for the last few days. Just going thru a yucky time.But as Christie told me it is time to suck it up and get on with it. It took me weeksto lose a pond and just a few days to gain 4.Really is not fair.But I am the one that did the eating.I am going to try again tomorrow.One day I have to succeed.Seems like I do way too much starting over.
I see a lot of new names.That is great.

Penny,You will have some stressful times ahead of you no matter who you live with.Two women in one house always causes some problems.Plus a mother and grandmother sometimes get their roles mixed.I've been in both positions.After a while it gets old.
But it will be worth it

I MADE IT!!!
I am back in lee way!!!! I was so worried even though I knew I had tried my hardest ever... I am down to 148 flat so it was only 1/4 of a pound but it was exactally what I needed to get back in the (safe zone)

Thanks to you all for all the encouragement and cards and prayers, You are all the greatest!!!!!!

Eleni- You just hang in there girl, I know how frustrating it is that you can gain in no time...but loss is SO hard!! I have the same problem..2 days off program and I am 2 pounds heavier, I hate it too! But it is all the more reason to stick to it, and get the results we know we can get...And we will! I am rooting my heart out for you girl
