Can anyone tell me about the TOPS program? - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Hello!

I am looking for a support group for weight loss. I have gone to Weight Watchers but feel as if everyone just wants to weigh and get out of my meetings quickly. I didn't find much support there. What does TOPS offer its members and what is the cost?

I am new also to 3FC and a rejoin at TOPS...You can find your chapter location by visiting thier website
Each chapter has a different personality and I really love our ladies, their my age and we have fun.The cost is$20.00 per year and $3.00 per month , but you will find out all about that from the web site.
I wish you much success and hope we hear from you often as this is the greatest place to get support from other ladies who are experiencing the same things each day. They are all so nice.

Hi There,

I have belonged to TOPS since November and I really like it. You have received good information already but I brought another post up that might help you out with your decision. I have been slacking off the last couple of months but I do try to go to weigh in but I have to start staying for the meetings.
