Hi girls. I was here about a year ago on the SB Diet but that was no good for me..soon as I let up a bit, I gained all the weight back

SO, I'm going to try something different..exercise more and eat less
Today is my first day and my start weight with my NEW scale is 191.5..(my old scale had me at 186)
My goal is to lose 50-60 lbs. Wish me luck and I need all the support I can get!!!
