Ok! Here we go..My FIRST day!!!!
 

Hi girls. I was here about a year ago on the SB Diet but that was no good for me..soon as I let up a bit, I gained all the weight back :mad: SO, I'm going to try something different..exercise more and eat less :D

Today is my first day and my start weight with my NEW scale is 191.5..(my old scale had me at 186) :(

My goal is to lose 50-60 lbs. Wish me luck and I need all the support I can get!!!

Good for you for getting yourself back on track! I had a similar start weight as you and I'm still working on a 50 lbs. total. Good luck and welcome back! :)

I'm new here too and looking for buddies. I guess I'll jump right in. My scale was tipping at 171 pounds. I managed to get a couple of pounds off last week which I 'm pleased with, but realize I need support from others who are on their "journey". I'm springing myself into action to try to help myself get the weight off. I came across this website and thought I'd look around. I like it so far. I'm trying to get 35 pounds off and could sure use some support.
