Thanksgiving Challenge exercise thread 10/3-10/9
I thought I would start the thread for the new week. Let's keep moving and stay motivated...we can do it ladies!!
Monday~
20min walk to gym/ 1hr treadmill/ 20 min walk home
Tuesday~
nothing (cleaned all day and walked around grocery store for an hr.)
Wednesday~
1hr. 15min treadmill
Thursday~
nothing (had company)
Friday~
nothing (had company)
Saturday~
nothing (had company)
Sunday~
nothing (had company)
