HAPPY OCTOBER......

THE WEATHER HERE IS COOLER FOR SURE (NY) I AM PLANNING TO GO TO THE GYM LATER AND GOING TO TRY A WATER AEROBICS TOMORROW.... WITH BAD KNEES I AVOID A LOT OF AEROBICS....I AM BACK ON PHASE I OF SOUTH BEACH DIET, GOT A LITTLE OFF TRACK THERE BUT I HAVE SET SOME GOALS FOR YEAR END AND I AM DETERMINED TO MAKE IT, WANT TO BE UNDER 200 .. I KNOW THATS A VERY AMBITIOUS GOAL FOR ME, BUT I AM GOING TO GIVE IT MY BEST SHOT ( 28) POUNDS.....
A QUESTION FOR OFFICERS OF T OPS... DO YOU HAVE PLANNING MEETING FOR THE OFFICERS?? OUR CLUB JUST SEEMS TO HOBBLE ALONG WITHOUT MUCH PLANNING GOING ON, I JUST WONDER HOW OTHER CLUBS GET THINGS DONE?? ANY IDEAS WOULD BE WELCOME... I AM IN MY FIRST YEAR AS CO LEADER ...
