Default Lost 75 lbs in 8 months!

I've lost 75 lbs in 8 months with WW. I'm an online member, I don't go to meetings and I LOVE IT! I'm a very picky eater, so it works for me. I need something that will allow me to be picky and WW is it!

Great job on the weight loss!! WOOHOO Wow....75 lbs.....you've seen it all. What would be your favourite recipie or changes you've made to acheive such success? I try lots of recipies and could use another great meal to make.

angeleyes - Well, like I said, I'm picky, but my favorite thing to eat is mac and cheese! R&F Low carb Rotini noodles (3 pts/1 cup uncooked) and 2% Kraft Cheddar cheese stick (2 pts/1 stick) It's the greatest! 5 pts for a bowl of mac and cheese! I also eat a lot of cereal. Cookie Crisp is my favorite! 3 pts for 1 cup of ceral and 1/2 cup skim milk. So you're probably thinking I'm nuts, those don't sound like "diet" foods, but that's how I've done so well. I haven't given up anything I love. If I can't find a healthy alternative, I just eat less. I think if you do it that way, you're less likely to binge!

txaopi......Thats exactly what I'm trying to do also. Eat my foods that I love and modify the pts to be more friendly. Thanks for taking the time to answer my question!
