Default Would It Still Work If....?

I have a few questions about the 8 minutes in the morning plan

1. Would it still work if you only did it 5 days a week and not 7?
2. Would it still work if you did it 5 days a week and included days 6 and 7 on days 4 and 5?
3. Would it still work if you did the whole weeks routine everyday for 5 days? (im guessing this one is a no b/c your muscles need to rest but I figured I would ask anyway! lol)

Thanks in advance!!

The only one I can answer is #1, Jorge reccomends taking Sunday's off. I think if you change your habits and get some forum of exercise in most days of the week, it more beneficial than doing completely nothing all week.

I think if you did these combined then it is ok as long as you have the rest day in between. So maybe 1 day of upper body and the next lower, etc.... of course, it would be longer than 8mm!

Well I was thinking of doing the program but monday - friday and saturday and sunday off, saturday i would go for a walk or something still but sunday would be a complete rest day, i didnt think it would hurt too much as long as I had let my muscles rest and didnt work the same muscle back to back, i was wondering if it would be just as effective though? Do you suppose it would speed up or slow down results or would the results stay the same?

Anything is better than nothing. I don't do the 8mm per say instead I do the same strength training exercises for upper and for lower body. I am working up to alternating days but right now I am doing Mon, Wed, Fri. Like Monday-upper, Wed-lower ect. And it takes lomger than 8 minutes. I do cardio 5 days a week for minimum 20 minutes. Everybody is different and what is great for one person may net be enough for another. Do what will work for you and your schedule so you know it's something you can stick to.
