  • Good Morning Losers!!!!!!!!!!!


    How is everyone doing?!?!? How did everyone's day go yesterday? I did great until around 7:30 and that PB was calling me!! UGH! I will over come my PB addiction!! I will I will!!!! Anyone else have any confessions or compliments?!?!

    So anyone got anything planned today? Keilyn is kinda croopy this morning so I don't think we will do much, we have football practice tonight so we will be there!

    I am so happy to say that I didn't drink not a single diet coke yesterday. I pushed that water, no I didn't get the 100 oz's in but atleast that is mostly all I drank yesterday!

    Well breakfast is calling me!

    I'm off to scrap this morning. Yea!!!!

    Tomorrow I am going to a "Love Your Body" workshop with my SIL who is 5/10" and 130 lbs. If they can teach both of us to Love our Bodies, they'll be pretty good.

    I am WAY behind with my school work. I've got a zillion papers to grade. Course is over next week.

    Well, so far I am not making my goal of not eating after my nightly treat. I need to do something that won't promote me eating more, like a hot cup of tea or brushing my teeth or something. Any suggestions?

    I'm looking forward to THE BIGGEST LOSER premiere on the tele tonight!
  • I got through my bridge game yesterday without eating a thing except my lunch that I brought. But when I got home around 4:30 I had my JC snack and then a few more. What's up with that? Well, all the good stuff is out of the house now. I loaded up my daughter's lunch today with the rest of the double stuff oreos that were haunting me! Today is other day to do it right!
  • Well I work this morning, which I am doing now while typing here. Cust. are a little grumpy this morn.

    My plans are to stay OP!!!! I packa dinner to go to work every night now. And carry my 32 oz. bottle of water with me - everywhere I go. I want to get more though. Again I work tonight at the Fitness Club and am planning on staying after to get in "some" workout. I am really enjoying this job so far.

    Okay Laurie you asked us about acomplishments: Here is mine. I snuck on the scale this am and was down to 156.4 !!! YEP! I can't believe it. I don't Look like I lost 3 pounds, but my clothes sure feel it. I have a goal for the end of Sept. As Oct 1 if I meet it I am buying myself one brand new outfit that fits. And not sags down. I am constantly pulling my pants up, not fun.

  • well my day is going great today, my period finally ended and i have to say i didn't feel as bloated with this one and i didn't go do any extra snacking. i'm looking into buying some exercise equipment. easier to do it at home then go to a gym due to my husbands work schedule and it's easier cause i'm home anyways taking care of my son.

    i weighed my self last week i havent gained but i haven't lost either.......but sunday is another weigh in so we'll see.......have a great day everyone

    Jeanette~I have the same struggle. The best thing to do its not have anything that temps you in the house but for me that's not really feasible so I asked my hubby to ask me if I really wanted it. Got kinda pissy at first til he reminded me that it was my idea

    DH is home today so we'll see if it throws off the schedule. GONNA FOCUS!! I'm debating on peaking at the scale tomorrow?! HMMMMMM!

  • YES! Completly on plan, sometimes I eat 15 min early due to schedules and work, but I have picked up cardio almost every week day now. I love my belly dancing tapes, and going to start Tae Bo too. I do the bike machine or elliptical machine. I spend a little times on weights to help tone and define. I really JUST started doing this effective Sept 1. It looks like all I needed was some cardio to kick in. We will see tomorrow if it really was 3 pounds. I'll weigh in again and "really" see.
  • Hi all!

    I weighed on monday and was happy that I only gained .6 lbs from my trip to the buffet dinner plus went out for my son's birthday on Sunday!!! We celebrated it late cause he was in Jordan on his actual B-day. I really went overboard and had chinese food for lunch I have been craving it for more than a week. Hopefully, I haven't sabotaged my efforts too much. I can sure understand the PB dilema!!!

    Hope you all stay away from the munchies tonight!!

  • I got completly fed up with the JC site and just called and cancelled my membership. My computer has been acting up so in case we have to take it in i want you all to know I am still here. STS again this week but food good and timing getting better. Wendy
  • Not a great day today. I'm so depressed, and I can't seem to snap out of it. And I feel like a horrible person for being depressed for my reasons, when I at least have a roof over my head, and I'm in decent health. You know?
    Dani, you are doing SOOOO good ! I need you to kick me in the butt! I want your motivation! Also your job. I hate teaching right now.

    I am like you -- I need the cardio to help with weight loss at this point. Tasha from the JC site said she felt that when you are around 20 pounds or so from your goal you pretty much need the cardio to lose. That totally makes sense to me!
