Default Nsv - Non Scale Victory
I do have a small NSV (Non Scale Victory) to share. Yesterday I bought a size 10 pair of Gap jeans! I knew I had been in a 10 in shorts and capris of brands by Dockers and Liz Claiborne but never thought I'd get into a size 10 pair of jeans from the gap. My 18 year old daughter tried on a style known as "long and lean" and she really looked slimmer in them. So I tried her pair on. And they fit. Both my girls convinced me to get them. So I'm excited to keep on cruising to get these last 20 pounds off. I would love to be a size 8 or dare I say size 6 Gap jean!

I also have a NSV. I went to a friends house today whom I hadn't seen in a while. She noticed that I lost weight and said I look really good. YEAH!!!

I use these animated graphics (not this one) when I teach my online course. They are sometimes VERY useful to get across something in a dramatic way. I have a load of websites for them. I need to run to get a CT scan - my hip is getting worse (remember when I fell off my scale?). But, when I get back, I'll post a list of the websites.
