Up 3 lbs - higher now than when I began. I MUST get back on track.

Down 5 pounds this week! My vacation pounds are gone after 1 week and I am so very happy about that. It's a good lesson for me to learn that after I blow it, the sooner I get back on plan, the faster it will come off. In the past, if I had put on 5 pounds after vacation, I would have been so discouraged that I would have kept slipping the following week adding even more poundage and by it always takes a lot longer to get them off.

Hang in there Lynn and Laurie. Summer is almost over. Sept. is like a New Year, a new beginning. You both will get remotivated and psyched to start anew. Try rereading the 3-Hour Book, commit to journaling every day. JC talks about journaling on his web site this morning. Check it out under the tip of the day. You don't have to be a member to see the entire tip of the day. But a few things he suggested that you write about are:

Think about all the things that have happened so far today. How do you feel? Has something happened, or not yet happened, that is bugging you? What did you accomplish? How have your eating habits been? Did you feel satisfied after each meal? What are you wearing? Do you feel good about how you look? Did you connect with other people? Look at your calendar to remind yourself of what you have done or what's left to do. By recounting your day, you will discover a lot about your feelings and which events trigger strong emotions.
Going to church this morning and then this afternoon I am going to an outdoor lawn wedding reception for the son of one of our friends who got married last month in Connecticut. Hopefully, I will behave myself with the food.

Oh I know its all my fault and I know what I have to do to get to losing again and I will do it. I am still at the 20 lb mark and I know what I have to do to keep myself from going under that and I AM going to do it.

Lynn, your not dieting right now so when your ready just jump back OP .

Laurie, your right, we all probably know what we need to do to lose weight for our own bodies or what we are doing wrong, maybe do a refresher of the book? I always find something new I missed. But you have done so well with the 20 lbs. released........you know how to do it...ha ha....but doing it and staying on it.. that's the hard part! I know it is for me

Karen you are proof that if we mess up just getting right back OP works!!!
Good for you and a good lesson for all of us.

New week....eveyone let's try to stay OP and drink that WATER!!!

well i'm up 2lb's if i go like this, i will be the same, when i started this whole plan. I know i have meself to blame, but still. It hurts. I gusess i have to much to coop with.

i'm back to 139 but i ate pretty bad this weekend and af is around the corner. i did hot yoga last tinght to clean out all the toxins so i'm ready to start and stay on track.

I know I'm not where I WANTED to be right now. It sounds like some of your are getting discouraged... I have to remember though, that if I had not been TRYING to eat right, and do this program, where would I be now? I would probably be even heavier!! I will not quit. I WILL do this. It took me years to put on the weight, so I have to be patient as I take the weight off.

Hang in there guys! Those of you with losses this week, way to go!!!
