Hi Anita! Sorry about that...I meant to post the definition.

NSV - Non Scale Victory

We post our weekly weigh ins, but it is the changes that we are making in our lives that really count -not the scale. Every day, we should post at least 1 NSV for the day. Whether it is eating every 3 hours, eating all of your veggies, drinking all of your water, working out when you'd rather veg on the couch, and even someone noticing your weight loss! You will be surprised how this motivates you, especially when that scale doesn't move!

Thumbs up

Did my 8 mm for the first time in quite a few weeks because of the Shingles I had.

Also, got on the treatmill but the belt slipped after about 3 min. so I had to stop, hoping dh can fix it tonight.

It really felt good to do the 8mm....I was faithful doing them every day in June
getting back on track.

Great job Phyllis and Anita!

My only NSV for today was that I did my Tae Bo workout. I was able to do a little bit more than I did yesterday...which is an improvement!

My NSV- I know I know not a scale thing - but I snuck on it and lost 1 pound! Yeah me!

Okay my REAL NSV is: I did very well to adhear to the 3 hour timing. My schedule messed up a little but on the whole I did okay - tomorrow I'll work for 100% on time!
