I'm starting today on a 1,500 calorie diet.. rich in my favorite good foods - turkey, whole grains, and fruit like apples! I read that if you switch up between 1,200; 1,500; and 1,700 on different days that helps keep the weight loss going because it's a challenge on the body! I also considered something along the lines of the South Beach Diet.. what do you think about that? Anyways, I actually heard yoga and pilates are wonderful! I thought about doing that plus Tae Bo 6 days a week.. yep, I plan on exercising a lot=)

Are you starting today?

Well, they were all sold out of Tae Bo so I bought Walk Away the Pounds and a pilate DVD by Crunch. The pilates is hard!! I'm too out of shape lol I did it for like 5 minutes and I am so sore from it still. I think it is.. but I'm not going to do SB.. to expensive. Really? I bet! I'm just cutting back to the calories I told you about. I'm lazy too.. but that's what a buddy is for.. to push you! So get moving=D

Awesome. WATPs is a good exercise.. easy to do with brisk walking and a little weights.. you feel good after doing it to. Last night I bought Tae Bo.. and I'm about to try that out tonight.. it burns good . Awesome, I do too! I have a little online blog that update everyday with what I ate and exercised.. it's very handy. I need to do more aswell! We need to get up and go .

Mind if I join y'all? I am 13 y/o and I weigh 166.5 right now (it was 160 a couple days ago...?????????) and I want to be 120 by Christmas. I am doing 1200-1500 calories a day and some exercise but not much else. I am doing some workouts I found in magazines and stuff but nothing really other than that. School starts on Tuesday and we run and play sports in P.E. so hopefully that will help a lot. Anyways, ttyl.
