Hi there, I am new and not new. I have been gone for 2 years so here I am starting over.
There have been so many changes to this wonderful site that I feel like a newbie!
I need to lose so much weight so my first goal is 38 lbs. Future goals will be set... in the future!
I just turned 46; I have one 17 and one 5-year-old daughter. I was diagnosed with diabetes and the accompanying high blood pressure (oh joy) about 3 years ago. I'm not sure of the exact date because I am in denial... ok not any more so I will have to ask my Dr. when I was formally diagnosed.
I am happy to get more detailed whenever ya want!
I am basically a very up person and I hope to hear from you soon!
