Thanks everyone. I was still 218 when I weighed myself today but I'll take it. As long as I NEVER see 222 again, I'm happy. My next little goal is to never see 218 again

spillthebeans, I fiddled with my calories a little bit (increased and decreased) but I don't think that really had any effect. I think it was just patience. It lasted 2 weeks and it was awful to see that same number every day. All I can say is just stick to healthy eating, keep exercising, and drink lots of water. The scale WILL move eventually. It has to, if you continue doing the right things. And I predict that it'll be a dramatic move, just like it was for me.
