Can anyone tell me how many points a filet mignon might be ( sorry if I spelled that wrong )? My dh bought a couple to grill tonight ... I would say somewhere between 4-6 ounces ...also should I weigh it after it is cooked or before? Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Thanks Kelly ! Wow I didnt know that it was so low in calories and fat ... I knew it was a leaner steak ... it is going to be great on the grill tonight !!!
