@ Teel's DOG!

NO rain yet for April, was warm enough for "just jeans" on the Mbike yesterday, as opposed to tights, long socks, leggings, jeans, jogging bottoms and over trousers! I'm going to buy me a nice tight leather jacket when I gets my student loan in! The jacket I've got now drowns me!

It's sunny today I can moan about that as well. Mostly at people who walk around half naked at the first glimpse of sun.

I have discovered bargain fruit. Double bunch of bananas 89p at Morrisons and big bags of apples 69 or 89p at Tesco...I am loving my bargain fruit and forcing it down me at every meal. <There's my diet tip for the year don't expect anymore.

Here's a low fat dip for fruits... my friend made it the other day and it's bloody delish.

I slab of FF Philadelphia cream cheese
One jar of marshmellow cream
one teaspoon sugar
Sprinkle of cinnamon

Mix all together and put in fridge for a bit.
It's great to dip apples, pears (not smushy ones), pineapple, melon and such in

OMG that sounds like one big diet-buster! I'd probably eat it all in one go! Esp the marshmallow cream!

It looks sickly, it comes in big jars (I presume marshmallow cream is the same as marshmallow fluff - I've just checked on the net and it is the same thing) and I've only seen it at Selfridges foodhall, it's imported from the states. It's about £2 a jar, I might try the recipe and substitute the low fat cream cheese, sounds delish!!!!!

The fluff or cream, whatever you want to call it, is 0g of fat, so if you DON'T devour it all in one go, it's a very low fat dip with fat free or low fat philly.
Go on, give it a go... see what ya think

Ok it's confession time again (could someone please get the rollingpins ready...?)

Today I started off with a big breakfast of porridge and maple syrup

Then I had a lurvely subway sandwich with turkey and cheese (not too bad so far)
finished off with an oatmeal and raisin cookie....

then an apple

then a small packet of buttons from my easter egg...
then a packet of doritos....
cherry coke...
tooty frooties...

came home and made a babybel light one egg omlette! (120 cals! )

now I just have to think what I can eat at work without going mental!

Default Frus's new jeans :D

I've been shopping! Instead of EATING!

I bought some luvverly new jeans that are tight and not falling off and won't fall down when I run for the bus! I went to GAP! OMG! It's sooo expensive in there! I got a bargain though, my jeans were in the "mid-season" sale and were half price! HOORAAY I got a size 16 (lardy arse! ), their sizes are tiny in there too! I went to Oasis and tried on a skirt in a 12 that fit! What's that all about then!

Then I got some luvverly healthy food in Tesco and came home for a nice lunch that is still filling me up.
I'm trying to eat good quality healthy food rather than junk and tiny meals! It's working so far today! I feel full for the first time in ages! I want a rolo dessert though but I'm waiting for my dinner to go down!

My shopping trip has really cheered me up! I've been so bored with work and things this past week, but I'm actually writing a report without moaning now! (This is my break! It is still a bit boring... )

I hope everyone's having a great day too!
