  • i watched the wedding veggie.........(sad person that i am)
im quite surprised by myself , i actually found myself smiling and all sort of nice thoughts
they both looked very naturally happy(no forced smiles) and camillas outfit for the blessing was so right for her, maybe its because its the first time in a long time that the royals have all been together for something nice......a wedding ..........instead of sombre occasions
long may it last i only wish theyd done it years ago instead of hurting 2 seperate families, but there you go .................bet there all 3 sheets to the wind by now and not bothering if there hats are askew or not
  • oh now my youngest wants to watch the grand national..................but i cant, i dont like seeing the horses hurting themselves
  • theres a new programme starting tomorrow on bbc1 @ 11 am its called weighing in , not sire what its about though.....................ill watch and report back
  • Hello all I've been MIA for a few days. My dad in Australia has had a collapsed lung and now been diagnosed with emphysema, which is stressful to say the least. I haven't decided whether to go home or stay here and wait and see. I really feel very torn and rather stressed, but hey ho, I knew it was going to be tough when I moved.

I missed the royal wedding, and the horsey race. The grand national upsets me, poor little gee gees.
I quite like the feathers spurting out of Camilla's head. Glad they have the deed over and done with.

Is anyone sick of the election yet???? I hate English politics, Australian politics are a bit more amusing, more shouting and yelling and name calling, lots of fun!!!

    I've missed you all
  • Sorry to hear about your Dad.

I have to watch myself this week as I'm not going to slimming world I don't want my 2 pound gain turing into a 6 pound gain by next week.
  • Sorry about your Dad Kyk

Yahoo..i'm heading to Surprise i'll bring the biccies Chris

Saw a bit of the wedding over here but not a fan of any of 'em so did'nt watch for long. It showed them outside and it was dead windy and all I could think was "I wish Charlies kilt would blow up around his lugholes" he-he

Well, i've been a right bugger eating loads of chocolate (don't ask ) and not counting anything so i've got to get back on track and fast if I want to lose any lard in time for my BD not that owt's going to happen then like but it would be nice to be a bit thinner
  • have you given up on the computer bike then cat?
you know youll get back to it once your mind is set to it, but no point trying when your not quite ready , give yourself a day next week and say right ok come what may next week, i will start on that day, no matter what
charles didnt wear a kilt to the wedding or the blessing it was a morning suit!, his going away outfit for the honeymoon was a kilt though
i didnt get to watch weighing in on bbc1 this morningbut ive noticed its on all week, so will switch the tv on at work and try and watch it tomorrow
we have had one weird day of weather was warm and sunny up until about 4 then we had some flurries of snow, then gale force winds, now its raining like its never going to rain again
  • I'm too lazy to drag the computer bike up to the computer Toot I was thinking that I should do that but i'm only planning to be on for ten minutes before Corrie comes on I think i'm scared of missing owt if I don't check in anyway, i've told myself that i'm going to have a second go at tae-bo basic training in the morning I did it on Friday and OMG I thought the 30 minutes would never end then it got to a bit that was too hard for me so I had a break and looked at the box then discovered that its a 55 minute tape not 30 minutes

It must have been when they were off on "honeymoon" then Toot cuz Charlie definitely had his skirt on I did'nt take any notice of what he wore during the ceremony I just checked her out to see if she looked nice but I did'nt like what she was wearing either

I've been a AGAIN! anyway, now i'm definitely out of choccies so I must'nt buy anymore this challenge is going to be over before I even get started
  • it aint over till its over...............now the shops got no more cheap chocolate
i had a billy blanks tae bo tape a couple of years ago i couldnt even finish the warm up, i was sweating like a beedless to say the tape ended up at some car boot sale i would never try it again
well im away to get my hair into some sort of half decnt shape for work
catch up with you all after 4pm
  • Oh god I have to lose weight right now.

If Michelle is going to be a skinny...I wanna be one. Ok she's not quite skinny yet.

  • Toot the bloody shops STILL have bags of mini cadburys eggs in and I bought some more today and ate the whole bag when I got home HELP ME! I just can't stop eating them I started off so well too made my sandwich for work..took some social tea biscuits for 'afters' and counted everything out then I blew it when I went shopping and bought scones and easter eggs I was hungry and that does'nt help I just get what I fancy when my stomach is rumbling I need a rollicking girls so give me one..PLEASE
  • grab an apple at the start of your shop... then munch as you go round, to get you in the healthy frame of mind!

Alternatively get hubby to do the shopping! Like that will happen! Mine's allergic to all types of shopping! Then when he moans about not having any ready meals in I tell him it's cos he hasn't bought them!
  • asda online is great..............but i like walking round a shop looking at food(after ive fed an watered myself of course)
  • Back from Manchester...tired. Got lost wasn't my fault (sort of) walked about 100 miles from train station. Then it rained and the trams weren't working. But the hotel was nice and the gig was fantastic. Sir Ian McKellen, Audrey from Corrie and Shaun from Corrie were there but didn't see them. If I had done I would of squealed rather a lot. Shaun from Corrie must be stalking me he was at the Will Young gig last year same time as me.
  • I walk past all sorts of celebrities in Manchester and never notice. I did see Lisa whatsername from Emmerdale and Are You Being Framed and got very excited. Oh and saw John Hanna once and almost fainted, he is sooooooooooooooo gorgeous!!!!!

Good on Michelle McManus, but I don't buy that she was a size 22-24 before the diet, more like a 28, but perhaps I am just being *****y. I'm good at that!!!
