BIG congrats on your 14 lb weight loss. Wow You did good.
I lost 6 lbs on Phase 1 and when I got in phase 2 I was really afraid

to add new carbs so I started to maintain for weeks as I only added 1 fruit & 1 grain.Big mistake, you have to add the GOOD Carbs back like the program is written.
After adding in more carbs I started to lose weight again

.5 to 1 lb per week. I was 3 lbs away of goal when we decide to go on a cruise, gained 10 lbs back

and now I'm working (second time around) on 12 to hit my goal.
I also journal and keep track of my weight.
MY ADVICE DON'T BE AFRAID TO ADD THE CARBS BACK INTO PHASE 2. IT WILL ONLY BRING YOU BACK TO A STALL.
