Well, I start my 4th week tomorrow and couldn't be happier with South Beach. I lost 14 pounds in Phase One and it looks like I lost another 1-2 this past week (I weigh in tomorrow) with TOM coming!
So I am really happy with this.Just wondering, how did you guys lose after the initial momentum? Was it 1-2 per week or what?

to add new carbs so I started to maintain for weeks as I only added 1 fruit & 1 grain.Big mistake, you have to add the GOOD Carbs back like the program is written.
.5 to 1 lb per week. I was 3 lbs away of goal when we decide to go on a cruise, gained 10 lbs back
and now I'm working (second time around) on 12 to hit my goal.
