Unhappy Stalling And Don't Know .................

what to do????????????I've been on the SB for 1 1/2 years and was 3 pounds away from goal(145),Than my DH & I decided to take a cruise last year and I gained 10- lbs. I've lost 5, than around the holidays I gained 2 back and thats where I am at (155) I'm at a stall for a couple of weeks and don;t know why.. My doctor told me to go down to 140 as as My BWI is 27.7 and he wants we down to 24. I added 2 carbs back when entering Phase 2 1 fruit carb and 1 grain carb,but I scared to add anymore as fear of gaining again. My water intake is fine I drinking 80 oz per day and my exercising is from 60 -90 mins per day with Sundays off. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG??????????? Need Help. TIA Hugs BB

Maybe go back on P1 for a week or two, kinda kick start ya? I honestly don't know for sure. I think tha'ts what I would try but then again, I'm not the person who always goes by the rules. Maybe some of the others might have some insight.

You might run your menu through fitday.com to see if you are getting enough calories. You could also post it here and we could check if we notice anything. It sounds like you are getting a good amount of exercise and water. You might not be eating enough. I know that everyone is different but I sometimes eat as much as 3 fruits and 3 grains a day and continue to lose slowly. Other days I eat less.

Yes, if you're not eating enough calories your body might be in starvation mode...

Thanks Ladies for your quick response to my cry for help. I heard from others that I'm lacking carbs,so going back to Phase 1 will limit my carb intake more.

Heres my menu I had yesterday:

B-melted (2 sl) l/f cheese on 2-1/2's of ugly tomato,1/2 c 1% milk for tea

S-1c BERRIES & l/f yogurt

L-1c tomato soup with l/f cheese cubes in soup,4 carrot sticks

S-1c marinated button mushrooms

D-salad w) F.V., BREADED salmon fish fillet,1c lima beans w) red & yellow pepper strips & 1 c green beans w)15 pine nuts

Dessert-1/2 c chocolate milk
