Do any of you know if these are ok as an occasional snack in Phase 1?
I read the ingredients and sugar isnt listed...
Its basically dried peas coated with horseradish...I bought them at a health store from the bulk areas (where they have nuts and dried fruits) so I dont have a label with the carb content, but I really think that the bin said 0 carbs...

I probably should have known that huh? LOL! Im really not a pea fan anyway, but these are tasty to have every now and then so I thought it might be a nice treat. No biggie, I wont miss them! Im really trying to do well this time! Thanks so much for your response!
Well, split peas are on Phase I but ... best wait to Phase II. They are yummy though! I'd be a bit worried about the salt though. By the way, no legumes are 0 carbs so the sign may have referred to something else.
