Congratulations! You have very similar weight loss plan to me, but I've only just started - it's an inspiration to see someone can do it! It certainly gives me hope!
thanks!

Hi, I'm new to the site, not real sure how to work all this but will trying, looks like alot of fun here, good support, I'm on the wagon too, got lots to loose. Can anyone tell me if they've ever heard of a diet/lifestyle plan that as you eat healthy choices, you eat your biggest meal, your dinner meal for breakfast a smaller meal for lunch and your smallest meal which consists of wheat and oats cereal, for dinner? This info was just broadcast on our area news station, claiming it seems to work really well, anyone have any insight on a plan as this? thanks! rina

Default cheers

I figured it out. Just got our bonuses from work. So I think I'm going to go to Mexico for a weekend as my reward. I have never been any further south than the border towns of Mexico.

That advice about dong small attainable goals over and over is the best I could have gotten. Well and of course to keep the body moving. Hope my motivation sticks for the next 50 lbs.

Congratulations!!!! That is so amazing. People like you on this board have inspired me so much! My husband and I live in a foreign country and I do not really have any friends here yet. The support from this board plus my husbands support has really got me motivated.
What sort of plan are you on??

Love,
Deanne
