Breakfast: spoonsize shredded wheat, 1 small banana, skim milk
coffee w/cream

Lunch: 1 slice bread, lf turkey breast, 8 grape tomatoes, diet pepsi
1 cup green grapes

Snack: probably going to have a cappuccino at Starbucks when dd is dancing as I need to get more decaf for work supply!

Dinner: no idea!! Going out to friend's house for dinner (ex-co worker of dh), no idea what's she making - hope it is not EXTREMELY FATTENING AND NON-CORE (I think it's chicken??). I know I have my new set of 35 points but certainly don't want to use them all tonight.

I think I will plan to have a yogurt and some fruit BEFORE I go so I am not ravenous and can politely decline things I don't want to eat!

Sure sounds like everyone is doing a good job of staying on track this Saturday and me too, for a change!

No breakfast ... slept in. What a treat! I should count points for it!
L: Zaxby's grilled chicken salad
S: SF jello w/ 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
D: Meatloaf from the recipes here ... it was delicious!
Succotash w/french cut green beans mixed in
Ore-Ida potatoes o'brien
S: SF/FF lemon pudding w/1/2 strawberries! It's a new flavor and my favorite, I think!

I made this rhubarb dessert too that tasted delicious from the spoon! I ran it through the recipe builder on the WW site and it only comes out to 1 point per serving if you divide the pie into 4 pieces! For any of you rhubarb lovers out there, here's the recipe if you want to try it! I found this recipe on lesleycooks.tripod.com.

Rhubarb Rumble
Points per serving: 1
Serves: 4

2 cups rhubarb
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1 box SF strawberry jello
1 box FF/SF vanilla pudding
1/2 cup Fiber One cereal

Dice rhubarb and microwave in microwave safe bowl until soft and pureed, stirring every 2 minutes. Stir 1 box SF strawberry jello into rhubarb until completely dissolved and then chill. In separate bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups skim milk with 1 box FF/SF vanilla pudding. Use wire whip for 2 minutes and blend completely. Fold rhubarb mixture into pudding mixture and stir thoroughly. Slightly crush 1/2 cup Fiber One cereal and pour over bottom of pie plate to make a makeshift crust. Pour rhubarb/pudding mixture over the cereal and chill thoroughly. Add some Cool Whip if desired when served.

so here is my dinner:

miso soup (core I think)
one half california roll
one half tuna roll
one half tofu roll
shitake mushrooms (a point for sauce)

How many points would you take for this meal. This is a pretty standard special night out meal. My dh eats tempura, but not me.
