Question Soy or Whey protein?
Which one is "better"?

I will use it to make shakes!

Welcome to 3FC!
Nutritionally they are about the same. Some people prefer one to the other on the basis of taste. I prefer the whey.

Another vote for the taste of whey protein.

Soy is a bit of a controversial issue, with some folks extolling its superior virtues and others highlighting its more significant risks. So, putting aside taste, soy is either better or worse.
