Smile Hello new here...

Hello everyone,
My name is Kristina and I have joined weight watchers back in October. Since then I have lost 15lbs. It has been slow going, but mostly because I don't follow the points closely and have not kept track of how many points I am eating on most days. I also have not been exercising either. I want to lose at least another 20lbs by my birthday in June. That is my goal. Hope to get to know some of you by posting on this board. It looks like you give a lot of support, something I really need.

Hi Kristina,

I've been on WW since November and as of today I've lsot 15lbs. I would rather lose slowly than at a faster pace. I think that once you get on track you will be very successful. I've never exercised. I will be starting a fitness class in the morning so hopefully it will give me a kick start.
I wish you all the success.

Good luck with your class today Christina. I am going to try to eat frozen dinners for lunch and supper so I can keep good track of my points today and also drink lots of water.

Kristina,

Hello. I am new here as well to this site. I started (or restarted) again this past November/December and it is slow coming now as well. I agree that once you get the hang of program that things will catch up. I've now finally lost 5.8lbs (after starting out with a gain and plateauing the first month or so). Hang in there and it will work. I know it can, it just may take time as it is habits/lifestyle that is changing and will allow for it to remain off.

Hope all is continuing well for you - and hey, I have 2 boys also.

Rachel

Hello Kristina I am new to WW as well as to this site. I started Jan 1 and have lost 7 lbs so far I haven't joined WW, I just bought a WW points book off ebay to keep within my 18-20 pt range. It has really worked well for me. I exercise at home at least 3 days a week. I have alot more energy I do drink ALOT of water to keep the munchies at bay
I was on the Atkins diet prior, but didn't work for me-I felt so deprived
Now, I can eat the things I like, just in smaller portions
GOOD LUCK-I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT!
