My name is Kristina and I have joined weight watchers back in October. Since then I have lost 15lbs. It has been slow going, but mostly because I don't follow the points closely and have not kept track of how many points I am eating on most days. I also have not been exercising either. I want to lose at least another 20lbs by my birthday in June. That is my goal. Hope to get to know some of you by posting on this board. It looks like you give a lot of support, something I really need.

I am new to WW as well as to this site. I started Jan 1 and have lost 7 lbs so far
I haven't joined WW, I just bought a WW points book off ebay to keep within my 18-20 pt range. It has really worked well for me. I exercise at home at least 3 days a week. I have alot more energy
I do drink ALOT of water to keep the munchies at bay
