Default Broke the Plateau, Thankyou!!
Well, it's over.. I weighed in at 195 this am.

Thankyou all SO much for your encouragement, I think if I missed out on that I'd have eaten everything in the house.

Congrats on breaking your plateau! Way to go!

As for this guy , evidently he is the new 'blush', and I don't have my magnifying glass handy but I do believe he is wearing the smallest Canadian Flag shirt I have ever seen
