Lunch:
Parm crusted steelhead - 1
Steamed zucchini w/alfredo - 2
Snack:
One scoop of SF ice cream - 6
Dinner:
Pork chop - 0
Steamed mixed veggies w/alfredo - 6
Total = 20
Veggie carbs = 7
