Default Tuesday menus

B: plain oatmeal, skim milk
L: 96% FF hamburger patty, broccoli and FF refried beans
D: baked potato with FF cheese and sour cream
Sn: SF jello with FF coolwhip

I choked that oatmeal down somehow ... tonight after work I'm going to search for the Sugar Twin Brown Sugar or something like it. I don't think I can eat it plain again.

D- either roasted chicken or we'll eat out, not sure yet.

Kathy, I agree, plain oatmeal is very hard to eat without a sweetener in it.

I tried the Sugar Twin Brown Sugar--terrible! I had to throw the oatmeal out and start over. Splenda sweetens it good though.

B: Fiber 1/bananas/milk
S: boiled egg/tomato
L: turkey sandwich/tomato soup (1)
S: grapes
D: Navy beans/cabbage/cornbread (3)

Thanks, Janette. I think I'll stop looking for it after hearing that! What I actually decided to do, at least for now, is use the brown sugar I already have and count it. I have packets of Sugar in the Raw, a natural cane sugar, and each packet is 20/0/0=0 pts., but I'm going to count it as 1 pt. anyway. Hopefully it'll work -- I'm going to try it for lunch today.
