Hello everyone. I have been "lurking" for about two weeks, and finally joined! I started cutting out junk food on June 7th, and to date I have lost 32 lbs!
There's still a long way to go, but it's a start! Last week a woman from another department came in to use our photocopier, and asked "Do you mind if I ask, but are you losing weight?" She noticed it in my face and sides. (She is the third person to remark about my face--but it's the other cheeks that need to thin out more!! )
