I did really well with the comfort zone. I think I got too full one time this week. I ate when I was hungry and stopped when I had enough. It was too easy almost to believe - I really enjoyed the core plan. I liked the flex too, but I think I didn't make very healthy choices on the flex like you HAVE too on the core. I think the core is more structured which is exactly what I needed!!
I love that mirror Angie! I wonder if mine does that just to keep me on track?
Havn't started the core yet as going on hols this weekend but I am getting ready. I may be able to do it while on holiday but it depends on what the hotel has on offer.
