Good Afternoon all! Tonight will be my first weigh-in since starting the core program, however, I've only been doing the program since Tues. Sept. 7....because of the holiday weekend and all. I think I'm going to do well! I've had a few slip ups (not knowing if it was core or not! like sunflower seeds, 94% kettle corn, etc.) But I feel pretty confident! Wish me luck!!
