Hi guys! Kier - welcome back. Got your e-mail - I am glad your honeymoon was a good one, albiet relaxing! We're just going to Waterton for a couple of nights - we'll end up visiting his fam for the week mostly. But we're off to Europe next year - DF's fam is from Ireland and he's never been (I've been twice) so we'll start there and see where we end up!
I can't go to WW meetings for the next four weeks...why? I am out of town on business next week and the week after, then we're off to NB for vacation for 2 weeks. So I figure I'll just REALLY track and try to stay OP. I had my nutritionist look at my journals. She says I still eat a few too many carbs but the calories are right on (I need to eat more pro - I am a quantity carb eater - the more pasta, the better). Anyway, she is also a PT and we discussed a program . She's coming to my house next Fri to go over it with equipment, which is good.
Here's a success! It's the Calgary Stampede here and we have free pancake/sausage/bacon/egg breakkies everywhere every day of the 10 days. And I haven't eaten at ONE. I eat breakkie at home and get a coffee at work. Woo hoo for me. I am going to the rodeo this aft with work so we'll see how that goes -I'll avoid the mini-donuts and elephant tears! Stampede grounds SMELL of grease (which sadly appeals to me).
Becky - I agree with ALi about that. Sometimes you do need to break to gain conrol again. We seem to get frustrated or bored or I don't know what it is. But if it's working, keep it up until you are in your Zone again.
I have been thinking alot about my eating too. I know that once you lose weight (and have maintained a while) you have to, at some point, let go of counting hard and focusing. You ahve to "learn" to eat good and make good choices, but you know I don't know if I can do that. I have been tracking for so long (though sometimes not OP, I still track) that I don't know if I can get away from it. Oh well, maybe I'll journal all my life!!
Speaking of which, do any of you keep a fitness journal? My PT is giving me one. She says we dont track our Workouts well most of us and then we can't see progress or areas for improvements. I will start (next week when she gives it to me) and see how it goes. Let me know if any of you do it.
Ali - I have my fingers crossed for your move. Let us know how it goes!! Sooo excited for you!

Don't worry, the moving and packing will burn some calories - I didn't gain at all during our move (for me, it was AFTER -yikes).
