First of all let me say this is my first time posting and I'm really excited. Second of all I wanted to share my success with you. I started my "Healthy Me" program on 06/21/04, and have lost 7 pounds so far. My goal is to lose 90 in all, so only 83 to go.......I will be glad to help anyone by sharing my story just ask, and by the way "Healthy Me" is my word for diet (because diets don't work).......
IM SO HAPPY FOR U, WAY TO GO, I JUST STARTED MY LIFE STYLE CHANGE TODAY AND SO FAR THE NIGHT IS ALMOST OVER AND IM DOING GREAT. SO TELL ME WHAT YOUR DOING? EATING? AND EXERCISING? ANYTHING WILL HELP ME, LETS KEEP IN TOUCH , I GET WEIGHED ON WEDNESDAY HOPEFULLY THERES A LITTLE LOSS, GOOD LUCK AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK...
