Good morning everyone!

I wanted to let you know that at my weigh-in I was down .50 lbs. I'm now at a total of 26 lbs lost. My goal for next weeks weigh-in is to be at any number under 246!

Penny: Congrats on the Moderator thing! I'm really looking forward to seeing this board be active and seeing us all get thin and healthy. I'm pretty excited about it all for you and all of us!

Sherri: Thanks for some contest ideas. I'll be coming to you in the future for things like that; if you don't mind. My chapter needs to get motivated and I'm trying to help them with that, because in turn I'll be motivated and we can all reach our goal.

Sherri I also had that glucose test. I found out that I was Insulin Resistant and I took glucophage for a while. It did help me to loose some weight and now my levels are ok without it and I'm not having to take the medicine. Let me know what you find out about the test. I have a lot of books on the subject that I would be happy to share with you.

Hopefully I will have some new contest also for you. I just rejoined TOPS last week so I have to get back into the swing of things.

I know the ladies at the meeting had two hands for each lady on a poster board. For each loss you got a sequin which looked like a ring on your finger. Who ever got ten rings first won a charm.

And they also had if you had five losses in a row you got free dues for a month.
