Question Soy Flour?

Hi, I am new to Sugar Busters. Can someone tell me if it is OK to use soy flour? Thanks Donna

Hi Donna!
Soy flour is ok. Unless of course, you have a thyroid problem, or are at risk for one. In that case, you want to avoid all forms of soy, as it interfers with the thyroid hormones, and makes them unusable to the cells. If your thyroid is healthy, it won't interfer with you thyroid function as much, but if you already have a problem, it could make it much worse.
