Question Canadians?(ont)Pepperoni?LC Yogurt?

Hello, and good gay, I was wondering what kind of pepperoni you choose to snack on? because everytime I look at meats, there all loaded with sugar, wheat, fructose so on and so on -- so whats a good brand to get, and where? I usually shop at Zehrs and Sobeys, and Organic shops.

And -- has anyone found LC yogurt yet? I'm still only seeing Silloutte w/splenda 8 carbs not bad, but the lc has 3, much better

Anyway, that's it for me, and keep up the great work,

Kirsten

I think its Dannon that makes LC yogurt. Is it not available where you are? I like it but then you have to remember its only 3 gms per cup which is only what? 4 oz. So I'm wondering if the brand your talking about has more per serving (which is why its 8 gms). As far as pepperoni, I buy hormel brand here in the US. They make a regular and a turkey pepperoni which is lower in fat and calories.

I just saw a commercial last night about Yoplait low carb yogurt, too. I'm looking forward to trying that!

Dannon LC is really good and I hear that Hood is, too.

Hey Kirsten,

I'm originally from Ontario, but in Quebec at the moment. I've found it pretty difficult to find any low-carb stuff at all, so I mostly have been sticking to chicken, veggies, eggs, cheese, nuts (all naturally low carb stuff), and I've been trying to snack on veggies or almonds instead of the pepperoni (which I like to do!). I know I've seen Yoplaint and Danon yoghurt around, but I'm sure we don't have the LC versions yet. We're a bit behind the U.S. in that sense, as far as I can tell.

Let me know if you do come across any Canadian finds!
