Hi. My name is Valerie and I'm a newbie. I started SB three weeks ago Monday. This is actually the longest I have ever stuck to any diet in my life. I have lost about 15 pounds. I'm really trying to sick with the exercising, but I sometimes lack the motivation. Well I just wanted to intoduce myself and try this whole posting thing.

I'm Mkay and sorta new as well. I've been on SBD for 6 weeks and I'm down 15 lbs. Wow budsmom...you did really well for the first two weeks. This is the ONLY time I've ever stayed comitted to a eating plan. Feels great! Almost like I've got some control over my body. I will admit...I'd been praying for a long time for something to help me along. Just wasn't my timing. Later.

Hi to you all! Budsmom and Mkay, sounds like you are doing really well! Way to go! I love Sugarbusters. It is so easy to follow! I have been on the plan for two years or more, and it is the easiest diet I have ever followed.

I wanted to invite you all to come join us on the Weekly Support board. There are a lot more SBers over there. The board is a bit slow due to summer vacations, but usually there is a really good group over there. A few have been really successful on Sugarbusters, losing over 100 pounds! Hope you join us!
