Hi Si - trying it again? I have personally never tried it. I think that thermogenics only serve to help screw your body and metabolism even more.

I've not tried it---what's it supposed to do for you? And if you want something that boosts your metabolism and stuff like that....have you tried the Atkins Accel?

I used them about 3 yrs ago, when I lost 100lbs. I wasnt on Atkins, but I did do Protein Power which is very similar. However, the ingredients have changed. If you do your research on the ingredients on whats available, you will notice that drinking green tea and more coffee would do the same thing. However there are products out now that help give you that full feeling so you wont eat as much. Just pls do your research before taking anything.

Good Luck to you

Yup. I've tried Xenadrine and probably just about everything else out there. No sleep and no weight loss.

I took something like that once. I think it was xenadrine or the generic version of it at walmart. It was like 4 years ago. All I remember is that my house was REALLY clean, I couldn't stop talking and my body couldn't go as fast physically as it mentally wanted to.

I can't list all the stupid pills i tried. Some of the thermogenic ones were stacker, stacker 2, xenedrine, diet fuel, and trim spa. All were a waste of money.

Amen, me too.

It makes my stomach hurt to think of all the money I wasted on products over the years. Even if there was a pill out there not that actually worked, I'd be worried about what would happen when I quit taking it. I'd hate to be on pills my entire life to maintain a loss (supposing of course that it actually worked). I've finally resolved that if I'm going to lose weight forever, I need to figure it out w/out pills or it will all come back. Lifestyle, not magic pill.
