Kier, prayers are going out on behalf of your sister...those are scary things, especially when you're out of the communication loop and have no idea how she is doing. Read on for something that will cheer you up:
KT, hope your day is going well! Drink lots of water before WI and I hope your ankle feels better soon. It's so frustrating to be out of commission. How did the shower go this morning?
Everyone else, sorry I'm so in and out, I'm getting pretty uncomfortable sitting at the computer for long periods, so Drew is seeing what he can do about getting my laptop together for me (and getting his stuff off of it

) so maybe i can post a bit more.
If you guys want a good laugh, I think I have one for you. Yesterday, as I was carrying groceries up my six snowy deck stairs, Aaron starting tugging at my leg. I didn't want to fall on top of him, so I turned my body away from him. As I did, I fell down all six stairs, with my bottom giving a good bounce on each step until I landed in the snow at the bottom. As if that weren't bad enough, the lady who cleans my house occasionally happened to be there and comes out yelling"Jayne, are you all right?" So it was not only an ugly ungraceful fall, it was a witnessed fall.

Aaron, meawhile, takes this opportunity to run like **** for the street. In my opinion, he wanted to lure me out in front of a car to finish me off.
So I gritted my teeth, chased him, brought him in the house, called Drew to come home and bring the rest of the groceries in for me, graciously said goodbye to the housekeeper, waited until Drew showed up, then locked myself in the bathroom and laughed and cried all at the same time. Baby Girl and I are both fine, except for my technicolor rainbow bum and some stiff muscles, so it was more crying from the humiliation of having someone see me go kerplat like that.
Ok, Laugh away, Drew sure did.
THis weekend promises to be a good one. Drew's company Christmas party is Saturday night (yeah, I am completely aware that it's February, don't ask me why!). That comes with a catered dinner in a hall and a band. I somehow don't think I'll be a graceful dancer at seven months pregnant, but if nothing else, I'm sure I'll be entertaining. I'm also the sober cab for Drew and two of his coworkers, as well as their wives, so I might just get the most entertainment of all watching them get silly.
Ok, I better get some stuff done. Who's next to post?
