Whoo, it's starting off to be quite a day for me! I got up early, and was really pleased with myself. But, for some reason, when I get up early, I add about 50 things to my morning get-ready list, which ends up making me late. This morning was no exception. I left my house 10 minutes late and right about the time I should have been walking into work, a snowplow was pulling out in front of me. I was 15 minutes late for work, thanks to this big dumb snowplow! I was so frustrated and angry (and PMS-ing) that I almost cried.
I have a major problem with the city/state street/highway snow-clearing crews. In Nebraska, I think they seek out the people with the lowest IQs to be part of these crews. I've been getting more and more frustrated each time that it snows (which has been almost daily for the last couple of weeks). They always ALWAYS put all the snow from the alley that runs behind my apartment directly behind my car. I can never get out of my parking spot when it snows. I don't own a snowshovel and can see no reason why I should have to purchase one, since my landlord has a snow-cleanup crew. Then, when I finally do manage to get my car out of my parking spot, I have to contend with the streets themselves. Snowplows here in Blair don't put their blades down. Seriously, I don't even know why they bother. They leave their blades a good 4" off the ground! On Main Street, they put all the snow in the middle of the street (in the turning lane), which makes it nearly impossible to turn left from anywhere. Then, there was the incident this morning... I'm sorry to be so worked up, but this has been building up for quite awhile. And as much as I'd like to call someone and complain, I'm afraid it just won't do any good. So I complained here and feel a little bit better. Thank you.
OK, I had WI last night and was up .6. I was a little bummed about it, but I know what I have to do to remedy it and I fully intend to do it. I simply have to get back into my size 12 jeans.
Angie--Thanks for stopping in, it's good to see you! And nope, so far, I haven't gotten sick of sandwiches. I don't think I probably will. The only tough thing for me to resist is the cookies!
Jen--Sorry to hear that you're not feeling well! I can't imagine being sick and being a mommy. I know that there is no way I could do it.
Kier--I totally feel the same way about the weather we're getting. I just want to stay in bed and rest when it snows. I want to spend the day alternating between reading and napping... Wouldn't that be the best?? Good luck accomplishing everything on your "to-do" list!!
Belle--That's gotta be rough, feeling like you eat all the time. However do you do it?

I wish my insurance covered going to a nutritionist (because I don't think I could afford it). I like Weight Watchers, but sometimes I wonder if I'm getting all the things my body needs. Then again, I suppose WW has some nutritionists working for them.
OK, sugars, I gotta get a little work done before I go work out over lunch. I'll try to stop in again later. Hope you all have a wonderful day!!
