Good Morning L! I started up the daily thread on the depression boards this morning but no one else is there yet, so I thought I would pop in and tell you hi! How have you been doing? It sounds like it is really cold up there. Where do you walk? are you using walk aerobics tape in front of the tv???
Yesterday I checked into the chatroom several times (when work would allow it) and found 5 or 6 people there everytime. Maybe I will catch you there later???

Hey cathy, good to see you! I walk on my treadmill and I have an eliptical too. It has taken a few yars to build a home gym but I do like it. I joined a gym with my friend and we ussualy met there but sh had a meeting this morning and thee gym is kind if a zoo so i opted to go to the market and then wo at home.
I am don with my calling and waiting for DH to leave for work, he had gum surgery yesterday and is getting a slow start. I like to be alone when I walk so I don't have him to distract me....

I am feeling a little lost. I missed this place yesterday and I'm so happy they got a version up today. What a major pain in the behind this has to be for everyone. I wonder when they started this site if they had any idea how big it would get or how much work it would eventually involve. It's the best on the web as far as I'm concerned.

I missed all the fires yesterday. Good thing i was tooo busy to be able to make it in.
