Hey there girls!!

I used to be member here awhile ago under the name equinet. I had to change it slightly this time. At least one person should remember me.....Sherry I am talking about you!!

I haven't had internet access at home for a year or so, so I haven't been able to take part in this forum. But I have been lurking whenever I can from work.

Sherry...congratulations!!

I am still going to TOPS, but have just rejoined a couple of months ago as I had to stop for a year due to work commitments. I worked every night Monday to Friday so I couldn't get to any chapters in my area.

We meet on Mondays. I have a long way to go but being back here has rejuvenated me so I know that I can only get better from here.

Well, I'll be here most days so everyone keep in touch.

Thanks everyone!! It's nice to be remembered. It has been so long since I posted I wasn't sure.

I get weighed tomorrow night and I think I am down according to my scale anyway. It has been 2 weeks since I got weighed as I wasn't feeling well last Monday and I was afraid I was getting another cold. We have several elderly ladies in our group and I didn't want to risk getting anyone sick if I was coming down with something, but so far so good.

For the month of October I lost 4 lbs. But those I had gained the previous month so I am back where I started when I came back. I figure a lb is a lb no matter how long it takes to come off. I have a lot to lose so I try not to look at the big picture or it is too overwhelming. I just take it a week at a time. I will update tomorrow night after I get home from my meeting.
