Back in 2012 I lost more than 50 pounds with the help and support of this group. I'm back and hoping to lose it again for good. Obviously I know I'm not going to lose 50 pounds in March but I think 10-13 pounds will do
I used to be active here, but not so much the last several years. Tried to restart some of the old groups that I was involved which were weed and the 5 pound challenge but no luck with that so I’m gonna try this one. and I’m gonna make my goal 5 pounds.!

Hi, I am.new to this site!! Just found it today. I am just starting (restarting) to get to a better weight and a improve my numbers all around....I'm pre diabetic, overweight, high blood pressure and cholesterol....
My current weight is 240
My goal would be 160-170
My goal for March is 5-7 lbs.
My real goal is to just keep going forward.
I am using the Sugar Busters diet as a guide and moving my body more!
I love to garden too!
