Good morning It looks like the east coast is getting ready for the hurricane. I see where a lot of people are being evacuated. I think a lot of people in Florida get too complacent about hurricanes. A lot of people stay in their homes.
I am trying to figure out what time I need to leave for work so that I get there 5 minutes early. They are now saying some are coming in too early. I have always gone into work at least 15 to 20 minutes early. Oh well I should be able to get another 10 minutes of sleep.

Doc's nurse called and I am changing my meds around again. I am doubling the new one and stopping another. Always a little scary when they start playing with meds as you never know how you will feel. Especially when it is a new one on the market.

They will get the meds straightened out eventually I hope for you. Sometimes the newer ones work better.
As for the work issue just set your alarm 10 min later and get that sleep.LOL Sounds like you are still up that is great.

Congrats for joining WW I am proud of you that you chose the safe and healthy way to do this. Sounds like you are really excited and you have your motivation back already because you made the first step. You can do this and you will be at goal in no time. Just stick with it.

I know what you mean about getting off plan and not getting right back on. I am there as well. You can get that 1 lb off before tomorrow with no problem. Just put your mind to it and make healthy choices. I know it isn't easy but you have done so great for so long you can do this. You have what it takes and you are worth it.

You to are worth it girl. You know what to do and you just have to make up your mind and do it. I know you are so busy taking care of the men in your life but you have to take care of you as well. Take that time out for you.

As for me I am going back and forth. I do good one day and not the next. I to know what to do and I want the end results but I am not doing what it takes to get there. Then I get mad at myself and do better and that is how I ended up with the turtle last week. Which I was happy about. But my scale went way up again and I am down 1 lb today but still have 2 lbs to go to turtle and I know I can do it. I go to the dr next week and they have a nutritionalist there. I can go see her as part of the pregnancy I believe I am going to ask about it. I know I need the help. I can do the points I just haven't been taking the time for me as I say to you all. It is easier said then done. I know I am worth it as well. I just feel very fat and it has nothing to do with the pregnancy I am just very disappointed in myself for letting myself gain all this weight. I can't do any type of areobics because of my breathing. I should get my toning tape out. That is very hard but it is all floor exercises and that would help a lot I think. The problem is that it is 1 hr. I could do one half of the tape one day and the other the next and rotate it. The first half is the upper body and the second part is the leg and stomach work. The second part is the killer and I mean it is extremely hard. You can feel the muscles working for sure. I will get motivated and start that. I will let you know when I do and how I do.
Nothing else going on here just more of the personal things. For those of you that know my husband had the test the other day. That didn't help matters. Looks like it is going to be positive as I thought so I am once again geering up for another change in my life and I don't know what to expect so I am worried about all of that. So I do have a lot on my mind as well which doesn't help. But god will provide and I know he never gives us more then we can handle. But it seems like a lot to me.

Hi Ladies
How is everyone. Is everyone getting ready for the wind and rain. I am. We shouldnt be hit to hard. Wont have to worry about my house getting flooded. Just the road. But have to worry about my mom and dad. But I dont know what weather map to believe. One said we could get 1-2 inches of rain. The other said 3-6. So who knows. I just hope it dont rain too much. My candle party is tomorrow night. I am going to get ready and make my cake for that. It is a Weight Watchers cake. And I am also going to make a fruit salad. I am also going to have some chips and dip. And maybe a pickle tray. That is it.

Has anyone on here ever sold Avon. I am thinking about it. Just wondered how you liked it. Thought maybe it would help with some of the bills coming in. I thought this way I could work from home and make my own hours. And still be here to take care of hubby and take him to his DR appts.

Well I better get off here. Need to get my cake done. Want to get it baked so if it starts getting to bad. I wont have to worry about the lights going out. But will check in later. Trying to get the eating under control. Doing better than yesterday. But still alot of room for improvement. Am thinking of all you ladies. Hope everyone has a great day.

Just checking in to let you know that I'm thinking about you all even though I'm not on much.

Hope you that live where the storms are, hope you are all well. We have been cloudy today and it is cooler tonight, but it is coming from the other direction.

I hope you are all doing okay, staying OP. I haven't eaten correctly for days, tummy problems. But have lost some #'s.
