Hi Eleni and GOOOOOD Morning! I am up getting the baby a bottle so I figured I would pop in. I am exercising today, Monday, and Tuesday of this week in hopes to keep the numbers rolling down. I made my goal to be in the 170s by Mexico. My next goal is to be at 174 (5 pounds lighter) by Easter.

Everyone told me how awesome I looked at the wedding last night. It made me feel great. I went shopping yesterday for an outfit. Well, I saw some I liked and the lady said what size? I proudly told her 14. Last time I went in there, I was a 16. And I was looking for an outfit for something or another. And the lady (assumely) said I don't think they have any 18's in this dress!!!!!!! I was so upset then.

Hi Eleni,

I hope that you and your hubby have a great day. Enjoy your day off from exercise today. You have done well. But don't forget to get back out there tomorrow.LOL See that was good that your sister showed up it was all you needed to keep going. See god is watching over you and sent her to you for encouragement. You are doing great. Don't measure your success in miles. Just being out there giving it your all is a success in itself.

Good luck with the new job tomorrow. I know you start your training.

That was very rude of the saleswoman to say that to you. I would have told her that. I would have said obviously you don't know sizes of clothes because I am not even close to being a size 18. That would have made her mad. That is great that you are a size smaller this time around. I hope you enjoyed your wedding that you went to. How did you do with the eating.

I will be checking on you this week. Keep up the exercise.

I am having a good day today. I went to church by myself. My daughter decided to stay home with daddy. So I went . Not much happening here today. It could spell a disaster though with nothing to do and food in the house. Don't worry I don't plan on eating off plan today. I have a goal to meet for easter and I am going to get as close to it as I can. I am going to do more exercises. I am going to do my toning exercises every night also my aerobics tapes. They have toning on them also.
