I shall not let this hot weather keep me from exercising . I wait until it's reasonably cooler than the hottest part of the day, and then I go to the gym and walk 1x around the outside area of the gym 1st.
I will hydrate with diluted cranberry cocktail ALL day. I can't drink Straight H2O. So that's why I dilute with mainly all water and 1/8 cranberry cocktail and ice cubes.
Just had 1 slice of multi grain bread and thin turkey meat(4) slices for lunch today.
I think I can keep my appetite lite today. One day @ a time. My goal is to drop 5 Lbs by Sat of this week. And keep on going to the gym and working round the house too.
Biggest challenge is after the gym I am tempted to nibble on snacks like mini teddy chip cookies, or Cheeze It crackers. I'm out of both of these snacks currently, and just spent $30.00 on healthy food @ Cosco the other day so I am trying to stay on the straight and narrow track of weight loss and self control over binging.
