Talking New to Weight Watchers...
HI, just started WW yesterday, wow, what a difference using points, it was scary to see what I was really eating before WW. I have heard great things about this site, I have also checked it out off and on for awhile. One thing I have found here right away was motivation, and the ability to stay on track. Off to a great start.....this time I know I will make it

Default Way To Go!
Way to go Kati! Weight Watchers is a great program and it works so well for the real world! I've had to change my attitude about my weight loss journey and realize that I need to be a WW member for the rest of my life. I used to look at that so negatively but now I feel so positive about it! And even when I take a bit of a break from points counting, I know that all I have to do to be successful is to begin again - immediately.
