Hey everyone, new here too

Looking forward to getting to know the forums.
Briefly about me: It's been over 3 years that I've been on this Healthy Journey.
Lost around 80 lbs so far (not sure exact total to date because I never weighed myself at the beginning and I'm using a prior weight of mine judging from how large I was and my clothing)
I want to lose another 55-60 lbs.
I lose very very slowly, but I'm okay with that, even 2 lbs a month is a journey "downwards"

and doing it this way doesn't make me ever feel deprived and that keeps me committed and motivated.
